Though the book makes you question the choice of Shivaji Maharaj's Eight Ministers Shivaji Maharaj was a very able leadership that Maharashtra or rather India has got. He was a man of vision. The possibility of grabbing power after Shivaji Maharaj by his eight ministers can not be ruled out.

Sambhaji returned to counter them and his remaining troops were unable to overcome the Janjira garrison and the Siddi fleet protecting it.
